AROH sets the standards for professional registration of practitioners in Australia and is endorsed by the Federal Government. The majority of Australia's Health funds accept AROH registration for the purposes of health insurance rebate.

Australian Homoeopathic Association, is an incorporated body managed by professional homoeopaths, and is a national professional association dedicated solely to supporting homoeopathy.
